1 General Terms & Conditions

New Baji is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the newbaji.vu website and all its services.

These terms and conditions were prepared in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version will prevail in any legal interpretation.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register an account and play on New Baji. This policy is strictly enforced.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• A selfie photo may be required.

Failure to submit KYC documents may put your withdrawals on hold. The security of your information is New Baji's top priority.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all transactions on New Baji:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using a third party's payment method (another person's mobile banking or card) is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• KYC must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

If a suspicious transaction is detected, New Baji reserves the right to hold the payment and conduct verification. Additional documentation may be requested.

New Baji complies with international regulations to prevent Money Laundering. All large transactions are monitored and reviewed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

You may also close your account yourself by contacting the support team. Once permanently closed, the account cannot be reopened.

8 Technical Issues

New Baji strives to maintain the highest technical standards. However, unintentional technical issues may occasionally occur.

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server issue or loss of internet connection, the bet will be refunded.
• If a software error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, New Baji reserves the right to correct it.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a system error will be considered void.

9 Responsible Gaming
